Zak Zing Janet Stocker

In my role as Social Secretary on the committee, I am responsible for project managing events throughout the year.  This includes working with third-party vendors and teaming up with other committee members to promote events.  I also handle the committee's central information hub for continuity and am building an event management/ ticketing system on our website.  That said, in reality, we all pitch in and take leads to help each other out and make sure nothing falls through the net!🙏

On top of that, I'm currently a third-seat Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate Commercial department at Coole Bevis Solicitors.  My main office is in Worthing, but I travel to other offices when needed.  Prior to this seat, I gained experience in the Residential Property and the Private Client department.

✨Fun fact✨ - I am a career changer! I used to work in London and Brighton, and was an animator and marketing designer for a good part of 5 years.  The pandemic gave me the push to try something new, and that's how I ended up in law!
