My role as a Diversity & Inclusion Officer focuses on ensuring that the legal profession is welcoming, equitable, and accessible to individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a foreigner from a non-EU country, who had to overcome many challenges during legal studies, I am going to focus my efforts on supporting international law students from universities by providing guidance on the process of obtaining the necessary work permits, and post-graduation visa options, ensuring students understand the legal requirements of working in the jurisdiction after their studies and connecting students with resources and networks that can support their job search.

I am a Contracts & Procurement Lawyer at the Brighton & Hove City Council – I provide legal advice relating to all types of commercial contracts and at all stages of the procurement process.🤝

✨Fun fact✨I have conducted more than 80 undercover employment agency investigations in two months during my studies at the University of Hong Kong. The internship focused on investigating the exploitation of migrant domestic workers from Indonesia and the Philippines during their recruitment process.
